Terms of Service

Agreement for Entering the Work

By engaging with Veil & Vessel, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms. These agreements exist to support clarity, consent, and responsibility for both practitioner and client.

---

Scope of Practice

Veil & Vessel provides somatic embodiment services. This work is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, diagnosis, or crisis intervention, and does not replace licensed medical or mental health care.

---

Nature of the Work

Veil & Vessel does not offer sexual services, erotic roleplay, power exchange, domination, or BDSM instruction. Erotic energy may arise as sensation or aliveness but is not enacted or directed. All work remains somatic, consent-based, and client-led.

---

Consent & Autonomy

Consent is ongoing and embodied. You may pause, slow, redirect, or stop a session at any time. Silence or stillness will never be interpreted as consent. Choice is central to this work.

---

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being. Participation requires self-responsibility, honest communication, and respect for pacing and boundaries. External support should be sought when needed.

---

Readiness & Fit

Veil & Vessel reserves the right to decline applications, adjust pacing or tier placement, pause work, or refer clients elsewhere when alignment, readiness, or safety cannot be maintained.

---

Payment & Scheduling

Payment is required in advance. Packages are non-refundable once begun. Missed sessions without proper notice may be forfeited. Specific policies will be communicated prior to engagement.

---

Confidentiality

Information shared is treated as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law. Personal data is used solely for service provision and communication.

---

Physical Touch

Physical contact does not occur unless explicitly discussed and consented to in advance. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.

---

Independent Practice

Veil & Vessel operates independently. Any collaboration with other practitioners occurs only with client consent and does not imply shared responsibility.

---

Limitation of Liability

Participation in somatic work involves personal exploration. By engaging, you agree to release Veil & Vessel from liability for outcomes arising from participation, to the extent permitted by law.

---

Agreement

By proceeding, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms, and that you are entering this work by choice, with awareness and self-responsibility.

Clarity is the container.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Veil & Vessel operates on intention, preparation, and reserved time. This policy exists to honor that container.

Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance to avoid forfeiture.

Sessions canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, are considered used and are non-refundable.

Packages and containers are non-refundable once begun, as space, preparation, and availability are reserved in advance.

In rare cases of emergency, rescheduling may be considered at discretion.

Veil & Vessel does not offer refunds for changes of mind, readiness shifts, or pacing adjustments once work has begun. Slowing down or pausing the work may be discussed when appropriate.

This policy protects the integrity of the work and the nervous system capacity required to hold it.
