What This Looks Like
This is a 6-week private container. We meet one-on-one, working directly with your body and what is present in it. Sessions are slow, responsive, and guided by sensation rather than agenda. Between sessions, there is space to integrate what is unfolding, with light support to stay connected to the process. This is not about pushing deeper. It is about staying with what is already here, long enough for it to shift. This is a trauma-informed, body-led container.
